Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of products from COOLFLEX, operated by WMT LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. The product

We sell the COOLFLEX Neck Cooler Fan, a wearable bladeless personal cooling device. Product descriptions, specifications, and images on the site are provided in good faith. Colours may vary slightly from images depending on your screen.

2. Pricing

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). The current prices are:

These are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The price shown on the product page is the price charged at checkout for the item.

Taxes. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated at checkout based on your location and added to the item price. The tax amount is shown before you confirm payment.

3. Discounts

First-order discount codes (for example, a 30% welcome code) apply to the item price of your first order only, are limited to one use per customer, and cannot be combined with other offers. Once the discount is used, the standard prices above apply to all subsequent orders.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record (authorised reseller) for our products. Paddle handles the transaction, billing, and tax collection. Accepted methods include major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.

5. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within one business day. Shipping is free worldwide. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days in most regions and 7–14 business days for more remote destinations. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Warranty

The product carries a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, water immersion beyond stated ratings, or normal wear.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seller’s place of business. Statutory consumer rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
