Refund Policy

We want you satisfied with your COOLFLEX purchase. This policy explains returns and refunds.

1. 30-day returns

You may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, complete with all included accessories (such as the USB-C cable).

2. How to start a return

Email support@aresbonus.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back before receiving instructions.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we approve or decline the refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.

Item price and taxes are refunded in full for eligible returns. Any tax collected at checkout is refunded together with the item price.

4. Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, you cover return shipping. If the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at your choice.

5. Faulty or damaged items

If your product is defective on arrival or fails within the 12-month warranty period due to a manufacturing fault, contact us for a free replacement or refund. Photos or a short video of the fault help us process this quickly.

6. Non-returnable situations

Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
Items damaged by misuse, accident, or unauthorised repair
Items missing original packaging or included accessories

7. Order cancellation

If you contact us before your order has shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
